The detail below is meant to give you a sense of our product roadmap. It includes work that’s been recently released, work that’s actively in development now for a planned release in the next 3 months, and work that’s in early development or being researched for a future release.

As long as you have the employee’s basic information (including Social Security Number), you’ll be able to get started adding them into Maxwell sooner. We’ll capture email address directly from the employee when they first activate their account.

The new communication preference setting allows employees with a current mobile phone listed in Maxwell to receive important system notifications via text message in addition to the email communications they already receive today.
When it’s time to make elections at open enrollment, employees will have an easier way to see what they had last year to confirm how they’ll enroll in benefits for next year.
The team has heard your feedback and we’re planning on some quick wins to enhance you and your employees experience with open enrollment.
Demographic information will be able to be sent from Maxwell to BambooHR as well as the other way around.
Including the ability for the Maxwell system to receive demographic information updates from ADP Workforce Now.
