Ted Phillips, the resident insurance guru, is the Director, Distribution Digital Center of Excellence. He brings extensive and varied insurance experience to the table, including stints at USI, WGA, Reliance Standard, and The Standard, where he gained knowledge of health insurance and a wide range of group ancillary insurance products including Life, Disability, and Dental.

Along with working in brokerage services with mid-market companies in a diverse group of industries, Ted has vast experience dealing with complex contracts and underwriting. He’s licensed for Life, Accident, and Health insurance.

A lifelong Massachusetts resident (so, of course, a huge Boston sports fan), Ted received his Economics degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his MBA at Babson College with a concentration in Finance. He lives in Ashland with his wife, Tara, son, Ted, daughter, Tessa, and dog, Zoe. He loves to spend his Saturday mornings drinking coffee and getting caught up on employee benefits insurance news so that he can keep the rest of us in the loop. Yes, really.
