As Product Director at Maxwell Health, Mike leverages his years of experience in the benefits administration industry and technical background to help Maxwell build great products and deliver on its mission to simplify benefits and insurance for its customers. Day to day Mike works closely with the engineering team and stakeholders to collaborate and create a delightful customer experience.

Prior to joining Maxwell, Mike was Director of Applications Development at Cigna where he led his team through a multi-year effort to develop Cigna’s proprietary private exchange and benefits administration platform.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with wife, Julie, three girls and his crazy dog, Max. During the winter and spring months he can often be found coaching his daughters’ basketball and lacrosse teams. And during the summer and fall he spends as much time as possible with his family and friends at Lake Winnisquam in New Hampshire.
