Mark Johnson
Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, Mark works as the first point of contact for Advisors. Charged with supporting and engaging clients to help adopt the platform, he works to resolve any issues they may come across to ensure a smooth experience.

Prior to joining Maxwell Health, Mark worked as a musician, receiving a degree from the North Carolina School for the Arts in Viola Performance, (go Fighting Pickles) and worked as a professional musician in Michigan, playing in symphonies across the state. From there he moved to London for a Masters in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy, while working in the administrative staff for Monteverdi Choir and Orchestra. From there he moved to Nashville and began working at a tech company called Eventbrite. He recently moved to Boston from Nashville and is loving every minute of it. 

Mark lives in Quincy and enjoys podcasts (especially political podcasts), playing golf and soccer, hanging out with his Fiancee and their animals Ceci and Penny, watching Manchester United, making crazy breakfasts and looking for the best poutine this side of Canada.
