As a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Maxwell Health, Kevin leads the Maxwell Health Support Team in delivering superior service to our clients. Kevin leverages his communication and management expertise along with his technical knowledge of the Maxwell platform to ensure his team creates an easy, seamless, experience for our clients. Kevin also serves as a key stakeholder and a Customer Success representative in our product development process, representing both the needs of our customers and our internal cross-functional teams during all phases of the engineering process.
Prior to joining Maxwell Health, Kevin worked with Mercer, spending the majority of his time leading a call center team supporting Benefits Administration for Fortune 500 employer Health and Benefit plans, Pensions, 401(k) plans, and HR Services.
Kevin is a die-hard Boston sports fan who grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts. After graduating from college in Rhode Island with a degree in Communications, Kevin moved back to Massachusetts and met his wife, Rachael. They now reside in Quincy, MA together along with their fur child – Spencer – a nine-year-old Black Lab. When Kevin is not watching sports, he enjoys cooking, working out, playing golf, relaxing on the beach, and having some laughs with family, friends, and coworkers.
