Kate Martin
Director of Client Success

As Maxwell’s Director of Client Success Kate leads our Implementation and Training organizations and is responsible for ensuring success and high quality throughout the deployment process. Kate leverages her communication and project management expertise and her technical knowledge of the Maxwell platform to support our customers and our teams of Implementation Managers, Implementation Consultants, Technical Analysts, and Product Specialists. Kate also serves as a key stakeholder and a Customer Success representative in our product development process, representing both the needs of our customers and our internal cross-functional teams during all phases of the engineering process.

Kate relocated to Boston from Rhode Island (which still has a piece of her heart) to join Maxwell in 2014. She previously worked as an Account Executive at a national insurance carrier and was eager and excited to bridge that knowledge with the world of technology. Kate’s dedication to Maxwell’s core mission is driven by her own experience navigating the healthcare system and her passion for helping others.

Kate grew up in central Massachusetts and moved to Rhode Island to study English & Communications at Salve Regina University. It is there, in Newport, where she met her best friend and now husband Sean. Kate loves life’s simple pleasures including reading, writing, live music, football Sundays, time with family and friends and spoiling her English bulldog, Roscoe. Kate’s favorite pastime is traveling (Italy is at the top of that list!) and she is also dedicated to raising ovarian cancer awareness.
