Kate Martin
Director of Client Success

As Director of Client Success, Kate leads Maxwell Health’s Client Success Management, Implementation and Technology Support teams as well as key client-focused initiatives across Sun Life. Kate’s experience and expertise includes: customer success, employee development, change management, project management, communication, enterprise implementation, business process development, product development, financial and strategic planning.

Kate helped to build and grow Maxwell Health’s Implementation and Client Success Management functions and was a key leader in the development of the client experience for the Sun Life + Maxwell Health offering launched in 2019. With over 12 years in the carrier and benefits administration space, Kate is committed and uniquely qualified to bridge the worlds of insurance and technology. Her dedication to this mission is driven by personal experience navigating complex healthcare systems and a passion for providing valuable solutions to HR professionals, their employees and their families.

Kate received a B.A. in English & Communications from Salve Regina University in Rhode Island.  She loves life’s simple pleasures, including reading, writing, live music, football Sundays, bowling, walking the beaches of Maine, time with family and friends and spoiling her English bulldog. Kate’s favorite place to travel is Italy and she is also dedicated to raising ovarian cancer awareness.
