Fab Dorcely is a Support Specialist here at Maxwell, working with our Services and Product teams to provide outstanding technical support and customer delight to our customers and partners. After graduating from Bentley University with a degree in Computer Information Systems, Fab worked within John Hancock’s Retail Information Technology area as a Business Analyst, supporting the company’s brokerage compensation system for life insurance and long term care product sales. She later delved into the investment technology space as a Project Manager with Boston’s ITG, inc, helping to deploy the firms’s best-execution order management system to portfolio managers at hedge fund and asset management clientele.

Fab is excited to get back to her professional roots in insurance and technology with Maxwell – not only to help streamline the employee benefits process, but to also be a champion for the improvement of employees’ holistic health. In her spare time, Fab’s all about life’s simple pleasures. When not trying her hand at cooking new recipes or reading new books, she loves spending time with her three young nieces – chatting, playing endless board games and generally “being a kid again.”
