As a Manager, Data Operations at Maxwell Health, Jeff manages a team responsible for delivering high quality enrollment data between the Maxwell platform and our carrier partners.

Prior to joining Maxwell, Jeff spent 5 years working as part of a Benefits Administration EDI team building carrier interfaces for client companies in excess of 10,000 employees. Although his previous work experience was rewarding, Jeff jumped at the opportunity to join Maxwell – a company whose mission, vision, and values resonate with his own feelings towards fixing healthcare.

Originally from Boston, Jeff graduated from Wheaton College (MA) with a degree in Psychology. When not in the office, he can be found ripping down ski trails in the winter or cycling back roads in the summer.
