Carl is a Senior Software Engineer at Maxwell, where he brings his passion for technology and software to help enhance Maxwell’s products.

Before joining Maxwell, Carl spent nearly 2 years at Great West Financial, helping develop and enhance their Lifetime Analysis web tool to help people project their retirement income. Prior to Great West, Carl spent nearly 4 years at Nanotech Entertainment, a small startup company specializing 4K video technology.  While at Nanotech, Carl led the development on their Smart TV video application, UltraFlix, a 4K only streaming video service, which is still available today on many platforms.

When Carl is not coding, he spends a lot of time at home with his wife Kim, 2 daughters Mia and Hanna, and his dog, Jack.  During the summer, you probably find Carl on a softball field somewhere coaching his daughter Hanna.  He also enjoys music and wants to spend more time learning the guitar.
