Michelle Martin
Technical Operations Analyst
As a Technical Operations Analyst, Michelle is responsible for assisting Implementation Consultants in creating and maintaining employer portals. She also assists the Marketplace team.

Michelle was born in the Philippines but has spent her entire life, up until recently, in Tucson, AZ. She graduated from the University of Arizona with her Bachelor of Science degree in 2015 and Master of Public Health in 2017 before moving to Boston for a fresh start.

When not at work, she enjoys reading, calligraphy, painting with watercolors, and exploring her new home. She’s a self-identified crazy plant lady and loves cacti and succulents.
