As an Implementation Consultant at Maxwell Health, Erica works closely with our Advisors to ensure a successful and superior implementation experience.

Erica graduated from Dartmouth College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a minor in Environmental Studies. Before coming to Maxwell, she worked for TransPerfect as a legal solutions provider, where she garnered her customer success skills.

In college, Erica ran track and she can still be found running around the city of Boston in her spare time. She is also a lover of homemade mac and cheese, coffee, and the beach.
