Julie Devine
SVP, Customer Success and Strategic Partnerships

As our Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Strategic Partnerships, Julie helps develop and enhance our key customer and partner relationships and helps drive awareness of the products and services available on the Maxwell system and Maxwell Marketplace. She is responsible for Account Management, Service Delivery and our Marketplace teams at Maxwell, which includes overseeing our onboarding processes, portal delivery, training, support and managing the entire partner-facing operations process as Maxwell grows.

Julie’s been “startup from the start,” beginning her career at a startup recruiting and training consulting firm, Professional Resource Services. After that, she went to work in the world of benefits administration as an HR Generalist/Benefits Manager at Mercer Human Resource Consulting and then a Senior Analyst and Consultant at Marsh EBS/Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Directly prior to joining Maxwell, Julie spent eight years at HighRoads, an industry leader in benefits plan management and health care compliance, where she ultimately served on the executive team as VP of Professional Services.

A very active mom of three, Julie lives in Hingham, MA with her husband and 3 children. She loves to cook, sing (very well, we might add), and spend all the quality time she can with her family at the beach, pool, reading, or just watching movies together.
