Julie Devine
Head of Client Success, Maxwell Health

As Head of Client Success for Maxwell Health, Julie helps develop and enhance Maxwell’s key client and partner relationships and drive awareness of the products and services available on the Maxwell platform and Maxwell Marketplace. She serves as Maxwell’s senior leader over customer-facing teams, including Service Delivery, Technology Success, and our Marketplace teams. In this role, she is responsible for setting the inspirational vision and execution strategy for Maxwell’s end-to-end client experience, including on-boarding processes, portal delivery, training, support, engagement strategy and managing the entire partner-facing operations process.

Julie’s been “startup from the start”, joining a startup recruiting and training consulting firm, Professional Resource Services early in her career. After that, she went to work in the world of benefits administration as a HR Generalist/Benefits Manager at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, and then a Consultant at Marsh EBS/Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Directly prior to joining Maxwell, Julie spent eight years at HighRoads, an industry leader in benefits plan management and compliance, where she ultimately served on the executive team as VP of Professional Services. Julie joined the executive team at Maxwell in 2014, and has spent the last 5 years building and scaling the team, driving delivery excellence and operationalizing Maxwell’s customer-centric mindset.
