Erica is a Support Specialist at Maxwell Health. She brings years of experience in customer support to the team, in addition to project management experience.

Erica previously worked at LogMeIn supporting remote access software and was a teacher prior to breaking into the tech industry. Erica has her BA in English and History from UMass Boston. Recently, she obtained her MA in English with a focus on film, also from UMass Boston. Committed to being a lifetime learner, Erica pushes herself to learn more about technology every day.

Erica has always lived in Massachusetts and stays active within the Boston community. She loves binge watching horror and sci-fi movies, hiking, and playing video games.
